Forma was six weeks from public launch with a product built and a market ready — but no identity that could carry them into it. The founding team had been operating with a placeholder logo and a Notion page as their only public presence. They needed a brand system that could anchor a product launch, support a fundraising narrative, and grow without needing a redesign at Series A. Our engagement was structured in two parallel tracks: brand identity and marketing web system, converging in a cohesive launch package.



The project management space is saturated with brands performing competence through busyness — dense feature lists, gradient-heavy hero sections, and enterprise stock photography. Forma's actual differentiator was philosophical: a belief that most teams don't have a process problem, they have a clarity problem. The brand needed to embody that position without explaining it. The founding team also had strong aesthetic opinions that diverged — our process had to find a shared visual language without diluting distinctiveness.

We developed a brand rooted in the concept of structured calm — a mark built from a modular grid echoing the product's core interaction pattern, paired with a geometric serif that communicated precision without coldness. The colour palette — deep ink, warm stone, and a single volt accent — separated Forma from every competitor in the space. The landing page was structured around a single scrolling narrative: one problem, one insight, one solution. Forma closed their seed round 3 weeks after launch at 2.1x their target.
